3.5 StarsExtreme Exposure: think “Erin Brokovich” meets “C-SPAN” peppered with some steamy bedroom/living room/kitchen/office scenes. The book is predictable as the story is a combination of so many told in John Grisham and Nicolas Sparks books in the past. But that doesn’t make it any less entertaining. And what sets this apart, well…what makes this one so good, so satisfying, so yummy:Senator Reece Sheridan. Sigh-worthySwoon-worthyLust-worthyLove-worthyEasily one of the most attractive “complete package” men written in contemporary/chick-lit books today. No, not the bad, dangerous guy. Not the guy with the hard past trying to do right. Not the alpha male. Simply the good guy, the idealist, the protector, the do-gooder, the lover. And I heart him.I found myself slightly irritated with Kara throughout (that might just be jealousy though!) and that made the book a bit less likable for me. But overall, a good read.
