I wanted to LOVE this book. It had such promise in the beginning. I thought Elli was the best and Shea Adler...my goodness does that man know how to love a woman! And you gotta love a leading lady who's not the picture of perfection but still takes the breath away from a NHL hockey superstar stud! (there's hope for us all! :) )But, the problem was it was just TOO long. And towards the end, I was just getting tired of Elli's hangups and Shea being beat down for it. The whole story spans a total of 8 months and it felt like it was going to take me 8 months to read this! If it were just a bit shorter, I would have adored it. But as is, it's ok.
