*sigh**sniffle**blow**sniffle**sigh*Ok...I'm ready. "Starry Knight", book 3 of the City Knight series, is in one word: LOVE. God, Marcus and Benjamin...can they LOVE one another! The book felt like a reward...we went through the drama, the angst, the danger, the loss, the insecurities, the pain in the first two books...and [a:T.A. Webb|5990515|T.A. Webb|http://d.gr-assets.com/authors/1337903424p2/5990515.jpg] rewards us with this...this love letter. Marcus...the pillar, the foundation, the heart. I love him so much! Benjamin...the broken, the uncertain, the needy. He brings healing to Marcus...and for that, I love him so much!Now, all the new characters introduced in book 2 make a reappearance and they play much more prominently in book 3. It was slightly confusing and I wish I had read their dedicated Pulp Friction books to fully understand their stories. I'm looking forward to meeting Chance, Wick, and Zachary more intimately and then returning to reread Starry Knight once more.In a nutshell - you won't find the level of drama and darkness we had in the first 2 books. Book 3 is shrouded in light...and it made me...*sigh*...happy.
